| It’s possible to leave your car in the
drive and enjoy the numerous walks to the many beauty spots in the locality,
which are all close by. A paradise for nature lovers, wild deer visit the
grounds almost daily. Woodpeckers and many other bird species visit the
bird table regularly.
With its own bluebell wood and extensive areas of rhododendrons (over
100 species), this is a unique paradise. Totally quiet, private and secluded,
it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of “The
Lakes”. The local pub, two fine restaurants and a marvellous coffee
shop are only 4 or 5 minutes walk away. Charming Ambleside with its many
attractive shops, is the local shopping centre - just 6-7 minutes drive.
